Warehouse Project
Conducted electrical design services for electrical contractors’ design-build projects, which include warehouses and a residential to rescue mission shelter.
Panel for DC Fast charger hub
Designed the power distribution for a DC Fast Charger hub of various sized chargers for a fleet of heavy-duty electric Fork trucks. Worked with a local Electrical contractor on a Design-Build basis. Coordinated with the local AHJ to fast track the project for quick permit approval.
Martial Arts Center for youth
Conducted electrical design services working with an Architectural and MEP firm to build a new Marshal Arts center for youth.
Hotels Renovations
Renovated electrical distribution and lighting design for the Residence Inn-Holland MI for an Architectural/Engineering Firm. Later performed the construction administration (CA) work for the electrical contractor. Additionally, conducted an electrical design for the renovation of Hampton Inn-Grand Rapids MI.
Superior Concrete Plant-Detroit
Designed electrical distribution, power, and lighting of a concrete plant located in Detroit, MI for an Architectural/Engineering Firm.
Green House Electrical Design
Conducted electrical and lighting design for green house/growing facilities for an architectural firm.
ZeniMax Media Inc.
Designed all electrical switch gear with dual ended power feed into building, electrical power to new elevators’ power, UPS, server room, new electrical rooms on each floor, HVAC equipment for an MEP Engineering company.
Shasta Beverages Inc.
Redesigned power distribution for conveyors and bottling equipment for a beverage company in partnership with an Mechanical Engineering company.
Down Park Amphitheater
Designed the electrical power and lighting including theater lighting of the new Amphitheatre in Downs Park, MD with an architect for an MEP Engineering firm.
Plastic Extrusion Facility
Designed new extrusion pump’s power feeds, 900 HP motor, dual powered parallel feed VFD systems, and power distribution using cable tray for an MEP company. Designed electrical distribution and controls for a plastic extrusion facility for a corporate engineering.
Corry Station Central Energy Plant
Conducted IFC design of a renovation of Corry Station Naval hospital’s Central Energy Plant project for an Architectural Engineering firm.
Baltimore Hilton construction
Conducted the electrical designs for the Baltimore Hilton and Convention Center for a design-build firm. Designed 1.25 MW generator and lighting systems for the convention center and the Fire pump.
Phelps High School
Conducted the electrical design of schools for a design-build firm. Designed complete electrical distribution system, alternative power source for STEM program (PV system, Wind Turbines).
